Dear Mrs. Domingo,
Good day!
I am writing to excuse my son, Miguel Andres P. Santos, LRN 136502140221, from his classes on Monday, 26 October 2026 to Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
Miguel had a high fever and cough starting Sunday night. We brought him to the Bagong Silang Health Center on Monday morning, where the doctor advised him to rest at home for two days and take his medicine. A copy of the medical certificate from the health center is attached to this letter.
He is feeling better now and is back in school today.
I would like to respectfully ask that Miguel be allowed to:
- Take the Science quiz he missed on 26 October 2026
- Submit his Araling Panlipunan worksheet and the Filipino reading log that were due on 27 October 2026
- Copy the notes and assignments given during those two days from his classmates
We will make sure he finishes all the make-up work by Friday, 30 October 2026, or on any date you set.
